MS Dynamics 365 integration with Zadarma telephony allows you to make and receive calls from the browser.
MS Dynamics 365 СRM - a popular business applications platform
Microsoft solution allows you to manage customer relations throughout the sales process. And with a simple Zadarma integration, you can communicate with clients and partners straight from MS Dynamics 365.
To integrate with the system, just download Zadarma plugin from Google Chrome web store. The extension finds phone numbers in MS Dynamics 365. You can make a call by clicking the telephone icon or right-click a highlighted number. You will also see the client card during an incoming call.
