How can I call UK phone numbers?
Due to new regulations introduced by Ofcom, the UK telecommunications regulator, calls to UK numbers from UK phone numbers will only be possible if the caller’s number is connected to an address within the United Kingdom.
These new regulations will not impact incoming calls, international calls, or calls to the UK phone numbers from foreign numbers.
What is the difference between Standard, Silver and Gold UK phone numbers?
Standard Numbers:
The most affordable option, with the lowest fees, included in pricing plans for Europe.
Silver and Gold Numbers:
These numbers feature memorable digit combinations and support more incoming calls. Both silver and gold numbers might come at a higher price and the connection fee, aren’t included in pricing plans, and require a separate payment.
However, the minutes included in the price plan can still be used with these numbers.
Can I send SMS?
Virtual UK mobile phone numbers can be used as a SenderID to send SMS messages to UK numbers. To send SMS to international numbers, you will need to register a personalised SenderID, if you prefer to use your own instead of the default SenderID provided by our server.

Receiving SMS: how does it work?
Receiving SMS on UK mobile phone numbers is free. To activate the SMS reception feature, the following requirements must be met:
- The mobile number must be prepaid for 3 months in advance
- An ID or passport must be uploaded and verified
