What is Click to Call and Callback?

Click to Call button — a virtual phone based on WebRTC. When the button is clicked, a call is made instantly over the Internet directly from the website. The feature is completely free — for both the site owner and visitors.

Callback Widget — a form that allows visitors to leave their phone number, after which the system automatically connects them to the agent.

Visitors don’t need to install any additional software — a microphone and headphones are all that’s required.

Install the widget on your website in 4 steps

Top up your account with the minimum amount (widgets are free — the funds can be used for other services)
Step 3
Create a button or callback widget in the settings
Copy the HTML code and paste it onto your website. You don’t need to change the code on the site when updating the settings.
