Installation Guide

1. In your Zadarma personal account, go to “Settings - Integrations and API”, select monday CRM and click "Enable", then you’ll be redirected to monday CRM where you need to grant access by clicking the Authorize button.

Select monday CRM again and follow the "monday CRM Marketplace" link, the integration app installation window will open. Click Install.

2. After the app is installed, the Manage Apps section will open — select the Zadarma app and click Use App then Add App.

3. A new workspace Zadarma Boards will be added with two boards for calls and SMS. Then, in each board, we sync the Contacts column with your existing contacts.

Click a cell in the Contacts column, then click Select boards and choose your board, click Connect Boards and then Create a mirror column.

Repeat the same steps for the SMS board.

4. Switch to the browser tab with the Zadarma account, select monday CRM, and click Synchronize boards. After synchronization is complete, assign a PBX extension number to the user from monday CRM. Click Save.

Setup is complete.

To make calls directly from the monday CRM interface, we recommend installing the Zadarma Chrome extension.

Calls will be added to the Calls board where you can listen to recordings and review them, and incoming SMS will appear on the SMS board.
