1. Download 3CXPhone software from the company website (important - according to the officially released information software versions 18.12.407 and 18.12.416 contain a virus).
2. After the successful installation launch the 3CXPhone. To create an account click on "Create Profile".
3. To create a new account click on "New".
4. Under account settings enter the following:
Account name: Your sip number (for example 111111) from your personal account
Extension: Your sip number (for example 111111) from your personal account
ID: Your sip number (for example 111111) from your personal account
Password: Your password from your personal account
External IP: sip.zadarma.com
Account name: Your PBX extension number from your personal account
Extension: Your PBX extension number from your personal account
ID: Your PBX extension number from your personal account
Password: Your password for the PBX extension number from your personal account
External IP: pbx.zadarma.com
5. If settings were configured correctly, your status will become On Hook
