5. Return to the Zadarma integration panel in NetHunt CRM to verify and complete the setup:

  • Make a test call to your Zadarma phone number (a short call with immediate disconnection) and click Test to ensure both API status and Webhook status display green checkmarks.
  • Configure new contact creation settings "Auto-create new Contacts on incoming calls" (for answered and missed calls, answered calls only, or missed calls only).
  • Scroll down to the team mapping section and assign the extension number to each NetHunt user in 3-digit format (e.g. your extension XXXXX-XXX, use only the last 3 digits after dash).
  • Finally, click the blue Connect button next to the Zadarma logo at the top of the page.

Configuration completed successfully!

All incoming and outgoing call details, including call duration, disposition status, and full audio recordings will be automatically syncronized with NetHunt CRM. These logs appear directly within the contact's activity card, and, as well as under the main Zadarma calls menu. Any unlinked call logs from unrecognized numbers can easily be attached to an existing contact or used to create a new one.

To listen to a call recording directly within the CRM, locate the call entry and click the speaker icon displayed in the call details pane.

Zadarma Call Logs

If you have enabled automatic contact creation for unknown numbers, every new caller will automatically generate a new entry within the Contacts section. You can view, open, and modify these customer profiles at any time.

NetHunt Contacts List

To initiate calls directly from your NetHunt CRM workspace using the NetHunt callback feature, open any contact card, click on the phone number field, and select Call (Zadarma).

Make call from CRM

The system will then trigger an automated callback, ringing your authorized softphone application or hardware IP phone first before connecting the call to the client.

Kindly note that outgoing calls via callback require a PBX extension number configured with a softphone or IP phone (we recommend using dedicated apps like Zadarma for Windows, iOS, or Android). Alternatively, if you prefer to handle calls directly within your web browser, you can use the Zadarma Extension for Chrome, which allows you to seamlessly make and receive calls right at the browser window.

To streamline customer communications and reduce manual workload, you can leverage NetHunt CRM Workflows to build flexible, multi-step automated scenarios for phone activities. By using the New VoIP call (Zadarma) trigger as your starting event, you can design custom automation logic.

As shown in the visual workflow builder, call events can automatically trigger a wide array of actions, such as making external API calls, creating conditional path splits based on call outcomes, sending follow-up emails to clients, or assigning tasks between your team members.
