How to assign a task to an employee?
Sometimes you need to assign a task to a certain employee. For example, the one that has already worked with similar cases. Teamsale CRM interface allows you to do in a few simple clicks:
- Open a calendar;
- Choose date and time;
- Choose event type Task;
- And in “employees” menu choose the one you need.
If you need to change the responsible employee in an already created task, open it in a list (or a calendar) and click Change. Then in an appropriate field, change/add an employee.
