Supervisor - call monitoring, barge-in and whispering
Supervisor capabilities can be given to several employees (PBX extension numbers).
The supervisor can dial 007 using their extension number and follow the menu guidance.
First they need to enter the extension number, and then select one of the modes:
- press 4 for call monitoring;
- press 5 for whispering mode, when only the employee can hear the supervisor;
- press 6 for call barge-in.
Supervisor connects to an active call automatically (no need to dial the extension number again, just wait for an active call). Supervisor modes can be changed during the call.
Important: the supervisor feature is incompatible with call forwarding (it is not possible to connect to incoming calls received via call forwarding).
