How to record calls?

To activate calls recording, log into PBX internal numbers settings.

In internal numbers settings, mark a checkbox near «Call recording» for a number you want to record calls to / from.

All recordings are sent on email you specify in internal number settings.

You can record calls on three internal numbers for free. For calls recording on each additional internal number you will pay $1 per month.

The size of your free cloud storage is 200 MB.

You can listen to call recordings in «PBX statistics» or via API.

After disabling call recording, all recordings will be kept for 180 days and then removed from your cloud storage.
