How to record calls?

To activate call recordings go to the Extension numbers section of the personal profile, and select the «Call Recordings» option for the extension number that you want to record calls from.

All call recordings are sent to an email address that you can specify in the «Extension Numbers» section. (You can specify up to 3 email addresses and separate them by using a comma.) You can record calls on three extension numbers for free. Call recording on each additional extension number costs $1 per month.

The size of your free cloud storage is 200MB. You can listen to call recordings in the «PBX statistics» via API, or in the CRM system integrated with the PBX.

After deactivating the call recording option, all recordings are kept for 180 days and then removed from the storage.
