How to turn on voice menu?

You can turn on voice menu in 2 ways:

  • in Wizard (launches once PBX is created)
  • in menu "Incoming calls and voice menu"

You can turn on voice menu for all who calls. Greeting text You can upload by audio file or enter the text and our system will read it.

Besides that, You can give information about menu items(IVR).

Independently from voice menu, when voice greeting plays, You can dial internal number of PBX user (for example 155) and to call him directly.

Size of audio file should not exceed 5 MB, supported formats - MP3, WAV.

Digits and items of voice menu are set when You create and edit call scenarios (also in Wizard or in menu "Incoming calls".
