How to turn on voice menu?

You can turn on voice menu in 2 ways:

  • in Wizard (launches once PBX is created)
  • in menu "Incoming calls and voice menu"

You can turn on voice menu for all calls. Upload your greeting message audio file or just type the text and our system will read it.

After greeting message, you can add instructions for your voice menu (IVR).

If you know internal number you are calling to, you can dial it anytime during voice greeting, and you'll get connected.

The size of audio file should not exceed 5 MB, supported formats - MP3, WAV.

Voice menu items are set when you create and edit call scenarios (also in Wizard or in menu "Incoming calls".
